Strategic Client Success Manager with a strong foundation in content strategy, responsible for leading client growth for multi-location restaurant/franchise brands across Canada. Owns content strategy, oversees cross-functional campaign execution, and serves as the primary relationship manager. 100% remote, high autonomy, collaborative environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with head office stakeholders and local franchisees * Develop and present localized, multi-channel content roadmaps (social, email, web, paid advertising) aligned with each client's goals and brand voice * Oversee cross-functional campaign execution ensuring performance goals and brand consistency across channels * Define and interpret key metrics to drive ongoing optimization and demonstrate impact on client growth * Use regular check-ins, feedback loops, and strategic guidance to foster true partnership REQUIREMENTS * 3+ years in Client/Customer Success, Account Management, or Content Strategy (agency or fast-paced digital environment preferred) * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline * 1+ years serving restaurant or hospitality clients * Strong English communication skills (C1+, written and spoken) * Deep understanding of audience segmentation, storytelling frameworks, and multi-channel content planning * Hands-on experience with CMS systems, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, or Monday.com * Understanding of content SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, ContentSquare) NICE TO HAVE * Experience with QSR, fast-casual, or multi-location restaurant brands * Background in conversion-focused copywriting (ads, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns) * Experience with AI tools for ideation, content generation, or streamlining workflows * Spanish speaker
