Based on and for the purposes of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, it is important to define the following terms:

- For the transfer of personal data and/or sensitive data when necessary for the selection process, which may be processed domestically and internationally, shared specifically with our clients, with prior authorization from the candidate in process. The information will be handled professionally and with strict administrative, technical, and physical security measures implemented to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized processing.
- To evaluate the quality of the service we provide.
For the aforementioned purposes, we need to obtain the following personal data: Full name, personal and mobile phone numbers, email address, workplace, CV, and economic compensation.

You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof or revoke the consent you have granted for such purpose, through the procedures we have implemented. To learn about these procedures, requirements, and deadlines, you may contact us at contacto@liondor.com.mx, where any request from data holders will be addressed within no more than 15 business days from the date the corresponding request is received, through the email address provided for such purpose.
It is important to mention that to address any request from the data holder, the following will be required:
Name of the holder, address, telephone number or email, document(s) proving identity or legal representation of the holder, a clear description of the personal data for which any of the above-mentioned rights are to be exercised. In case of modification, changes must be indicated and the request documented.

This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time; such modification will be sent to the indicated email address or published on our website www.liondor.com.mx
We will not be responsible if you do not receive information about the modification of the Privacy Policy due to a problem with your email account or internet data transmission failures.
