Responsibilities
- Define and lead SEO strategies aligned with business goals, translating commercial objectives into concrete action plans.
- Execute ongoing Local SEO and on-page optimizations: building optimized location pages, managing Google Business Profile, local listings, and citations.
- Conduct Local SEO audits, apply CTR-focused improvements, and leverage AI automation to execute on-site optimizations.
- Build authority through backlinks, digital PR, and partnerships with relevant sites and publishers.
- Continuously analyze SEO and Local performance, refine strategies with AI-driven insights, and report on KPIs.
- Execute SEO changes directly in WordPress or other CMSs (not just plan them).
- Collaborate with content, performance, and business teams to align strategies and co-create growth initiatives.
- Connect SEO strategy to CRO, UX, and business outcomes in every recommendation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SEO experience with ownership of both strategy and execution.
- Experience leading Local SEO strategies: location pages, Google Business Profile, local listings, citations, and multi-location search optimization.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush.
- Solid understanding of schema and structured data.
- Proven experience in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content SEO, integrated into cohesive and measurable strategies.
- Experience managing large, multi-location, or complex agency accounts.
- Ability to implement SEO changes directly in WordPress or other CMSs.
- Fluent professional English (written and verbal) — a must.
- Curious, adaptable mindset and comfortable with AI tools in SEO workflows.
